How Willow's Voice handles evidence, privacy, and corrections

Last updated July 2026

1. Legal disclaimer

This website is a family-led advocacy and public-awareness platform. It presents verified medical information, government correspondence, recorded statements, family-provided records, and allegations submitted for review. Allegations are not final legal findings unless expressly identified as findings of a court or government agency. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, legal representation, medical advice, or an official investigative conclusion.

2. Records and redaction policy

Willow's Voice does not publish:

  • unredacted medical records
  • full dates of birth
  • home addresses
  • personal telephone numbers
  • private email addresses
  • medical identifiers
  • government identification
  • signatures
  • IP addresses
  • confidential settlement documents
  • private family-court records
  • information identifying another minor
  • raw audio before review

3. Correction policy

Willow's Voice is committed to accuracy. Any person or organization who believes a factual statement is incorrect may submit a correction request with supporting documentation. The request will be reviewed and, where appropriate, the website will be corrected, clarified, or updated. Disagreement with a family allegation will not automatically require removal, but disputed matters will be clearly labeled.

4. Submission terms

Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, or a promise that the information will be published, investigated, or submitted to a government agency.

5. Minor privacy policy

No submission may identify another minor child without lawful authority and written consent.

6. Correction, privacy, and removal requests

Requests for correction, privacy protection, removal, source-document submission, or a response from a named organization or person may be sent to privacy@willowsvoice.org (address active after launch). A secure request form will be available at launch.

7. Right of response

Willow's Voice welcomes documented responses, corrections, and clarifications from individuals or organizations referenced on the website. Responses may be summarized or published with appropriate source labels.
