• Do not publish her full date of birth, home address, or medical-record numbers.
• Do not identify her siblings or any other minor.
• Distinguish clearly between verified medical facts, government correspondence, recorded statements, contemporaneous family records, family allegations, and disputed issues — using our source labels or your own equivalents.
